David Wisner

Chairman and Founder, AEG

CEO, Balboa

Mr. Wisner is Aston Educational Group’s Chairman and Founder, and the CEO of Balboa. He has led the development and expansion of Aston Educational Group since its inception.  He received his B.A. in English Literature from UCLA and holds a certificate in College Admissions from Harvard University.

Adam Godwin

CEO, Aston (China)

Director, AEG

Mr. Godwin joined Aston in 2004 and serves as the CEO of Aston (China) and as a Director of AEG. He previously served as AEG’s Chief Operations Officer from 2011 to 2015 and before that as Executive Vice President. He is a fluent Mandarin speaker and holds a B.A. in Economics and Chinese from University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Libby Zhang

President, Balboa

Director, AEG

Ms. Zhang is the President of Balboa, a member of the Overseas Association for College Admission Counselling, a Member of the Association of International Educators, and a Member of the Extra-Curricular Association to the Chinese Education Ministry. She holds a B.A. from Northwest University and a certificate from Harvard University.

Yang Dong Hua

Investment & Development Officer, AEG

Director, AEG

Mr. Yang joined Aston in 1999 and has played a key role in Aston’s national and international expansion.  He served as Vice President of Legal Affairs and Business Development for several years, and later as Chairman of Aston International Academy. Mr. Yang received his B.A in Chemical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology.

Guo GuangBao

Director

Mr. Guo GuangBao is currently the President of ShanDong Property Management Institute in Jinan, China, where he also holds office as a certified Expert on International Property Management in China, Executive Director of the China Property Management Association, MBA Instructor at ZhongNan University of Economics and Law, ShanDong Government Procurement Center Specialist, and is continually named an academic leader of Property Management in ShanDong Province. Mr. Guo established the first Property Management Institute in China, and continues to proactively participate in international exchanges and cooperation. He has been an integral part of Jinan Aston’s success and has played a key role in Aston’s development in Shandong Province and China. He has received a number of awards from the government, including “Advanced Individual in ShanDong Vocational Education”, “Individual of Outstanding Contribution” for Property Construction Training, and “One of the Top Ten Principals” in the province. Mr. Guo holds a bachelors degree and MBA.

Hoe Lon

Director

Hoe Lon is a seasoned trader and manager. He has 18 years of experience in financial markets, last the CEO of Tudor Capital Singapore, also a portfolio manager focusing on discretionary macro trading. During this time, he had a peak AUM above $500 million and was the top performer of the fund in 2013. Before joining Tudor, he was a Managing Director in Goldman Sachs Hong Kong focusing on South East Asian markets. He started his career in Deutsche Bank London. Singapore's Capital Markets and Financial Advisory examination board appointed him as a study guide writer this year. He held a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and received his Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick.

Jean Pierre Guill

General Manager, Aston Vietnam

Mr. Guill is currently the General Manager of Aston Vietnam. He has led the development of Aston Vietnam since 2008. Prior to his work at Aston he worked as a banking executive. He has an MBA in International Banking from the Formation Professionelle de Banque in Paris.

Zachary C. Jones

Executive Director, Balboa School

Zack Jones is the Executive Director of Balboa School. He has established himself as a winner and innovator at all levels of Education and Sports for the last three decades. He has more than 17 years of experience serving as Principal or Vice Principal at various US schools.

Tina Tian

Operations Director, Aston (China)

Ms. Tian has been with Aston since 2007. Over her years with Aston, she has worked as Associate Vice President of Aston Schools, Location Manager, City Director of Yantai Aston School, and Director of Dalian Aston School. She holds a degree from Dalian Polytechnic University.

Daniel Wang

Finance Manager, AEG

Mr. Wang joined Aston in 2017 as AEG Finance Manager. He has previously been a financial manager at various firms in different industries. He has a degree in Management from HeiLongJiang Technology University and is a professional member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Lola Xiao

Branding Director, Aston (China)

Ms. Xiao has been with Aston since 2003. Over the years, Ms. Xiao has worked as a Location Manager, City Director, Regional Development Director, and Senior Vice President of Aston Schools. She has vast experience in both operational and development roles.

Scully Yang

Aston Schools (China)

HR, Training and Development Director

Since 2001, when Xi’an Aston was set up, Ms. Yang has been an integral part of Aston’s success. Before taking on her current role, she was a Xi’an School Location Manager, Regional Director, Operational Vice President of Southwest Asia, Deputy Chief Operating Office. Ms. Yang holds a Bachelors degree from Chang’an University and an EMBA master degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University.

Tommy Yang

Ed-Tech Director, Aston (China)

Mr. Yang has been with Aston since 2001. Over his many years, Mr. Yang has worked as a teacher trainer, Location Manager, Education and Training Manager of Aston English, Brand Manager, and Executive Assistant to the COO and CEO. Mr. Yang currently serves as the Ed-Tech Director for Aston  (China). He has a bachelor’s degree from Xian FanYi University.

Jesse Zhang

Business Development Director,Aston (China)

Mr. Zhang has been with Aston since 2000. He currently holds the position of Business Development Director. Previously he served as Deputy Chief Development Officer, Vice President of Operations, Director of Aston’s North-East Asia Region, and Jinan Aston English City Manager where he helped establish one of Aston’s most successful schools.
